ScheduleYourClient.com

Project Description

For this project, I developed the complete branding for a scheduling-based software company located in Queen Creek, Arizona. The goal was to establish a strong, market-ready identity that would help the company promote itself and attract new clients. I was responsible for creating a brand system that could serve as both the face and the voice of the organization, setting the foundation for its presence in the industry.

Research & Development

Brand Strategy

The primary goal of this project was to develop a logo that could truly function as the face and voice of the company. Because scheduling-based platforms typically have limited direct, front-facing interaction, the client wanted a way to convey reliability, support, and security without relying on a large backend team. To achieve this, we focused on creating a mascot-style logo—one that could embody the brand’s personality, represent its values, and communicate the supportive presence the company aims to provide.

Target Audience

The goal of this product is to reach small business owners, single-owner LLCs, and virtually any service provider operating within a scheduling-based model. The owner of ScheduleYourClient.com previously operated a massage studio and understood firsthand how challenging existing platforms can be, especially when competing with third-party marketplace systems built into those services. Because of this, the target audience was intentionally aligned with the creator’s own experience—independent business owners seeking a simpler, more supportive scheduling solution designed with their real-world needs in mind.

PROCESS

Sketches

The idea behind the sketches came from looking at how we currently understand scheduling systems. We often compare them to the structure and order of a solar system. When I thought about what character connects best with space and the stars, an astronaut made the most sense. From there, I started creating several mascot-style astronaut concepts that could be used to build the brand’s identity.

Typography

The typeface for this company needed to blend in naturally and feel like a seamless part of any system it was added to. I chose a common sans serif font style because it offers a clean and flexible look. This made it easy for the branding to fit in with other platforms without feeling out of place.

Color Palette

I chose a very simple color palette so the end user could stay focused on their own site and content. Black and white are the most neutral colors we have, and they work well as supporting colors for almost any brand. The dark blue adds a subtle touch of personality and gives ScheduleYourClient.com its own identity without taking attention away from the platform it is integrated into.

Digital Drafts

Design Decision

The final design ended up becoming a combination of a few of the digital draft options. These two concepts were the top choices during the voting process, and most of their key elements were brought together to create the final logo. The goal of developing a mascot who could serve as the face and voice of the company was fully accomplished. Say hello to Captain Rogers.
